Horrible to get ahold of, not responsive at all. Got run around in circles then had to physically go there to get answers
Such a shame that this company is sending out collections letters with vacate notices for businesses ordered to shut down, when the court has froze all evictions. Those letters have been forwarded to the news stations and reports have been made.

The maintenance staff and maintenance manager Mark at Steeplechase were amazing, however they could only do so much due to company constraints. The property manager would promise one thing, and then go back on her word. We have had to email Mike Landrum in corporate several times due to this issue and the overall health and safety. Our roof "didn't leak" however when it rained water magically entered our kitchen via the ceiling. change the 2 months moving policy to one month , im traying to move closer to my daughter school in hilliard and no school bus would pick her up from upper arlignton , talked to the manager she said that i have to pay $2400 if i wanna move out within the 2 month notice . and no landlord would wait for me or garantie me a place after 2 month
They pay absolutely no attention to the residents in Steeplechase. They raise our rent and we pay an absurd amount for a place that is extremely outdated all across the boards. Anyone wanna help me pay my $350 electric bill for the next two months because the air conditioning unit won’t stop running because of the horribly old leaky windows?! Mr. Ohio State Star?!? Crawford Hoying doesn't care about their residents. Most residents of Steeplechase Village have NUMEROUS complaints and just get brushed off like we're trash. Be careful moving into their properties.
