I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received. I found the experience to be overpriced, disorganized, and overall unpleasant. In particular, I would like to address the conduct of Joan. Her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional, characterized by an arrogant and disrespectful demeanor that is unacceptable in a service environment. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the quality of your service and professional standards.

My experience with Crawford Ellenbogen Accounting was disappointing and frustrating. Similar to Wyatt’s experience, communication was inconsistent, deadlines were missed, and the level of service did not meet the expectations set when we began working together. I found it difficult to receive timely responses or clear guidance on important financial matters, which caused unnecessary stress and confusion. This firm was great and I was working with an account manager that was extremely helpful and always got my taxes done in a way I felt comfortable with, even though they were very expensive for a small business. My account manager left and everything went down hill. They charged an additional $500 immediately after she left and I felt like I had no choice other than to pay it since it was so close to tax time. The worst place I have ever worked. No respect for my 20+years of experience. Nitpicking over trivial things. Too many things to name.
