This company is great. I called for help with a ceiling fan issue and they were able to talk me through the simple fix on the phone. I will be using them again for bigger issues in the future.
This is the 2nd time we have used Al and Crawford Electric. Both times it was their technician Gerry. He is knowledgeable, likable and listens to what is needed. He fixed up 3 different things for us on this visit - some of which I couldn't fix and it had been over 3 years. He was done fast and efficiently and now everything is finally working properly. And, last time we received our bill it was over $100 less than I thought it would be. What a company!! Strong recommendation.
Poor customer service. Left a message at their office regarding one of their drivers who was driving the wrong way in a very clear marked complex and almost caused an accident & requested a call back, it is now 3 days later & Al nor anybody from this company has called back regarding the repulsive behavior of their employee. Next time I will let them hit me and take em to court & see what they say! If I could give -100 stars I would.
