Slim and his partner showed up on time, got right to work, extremely courteous, explained everything, and we're done in 30 minutes! Whew what a relief. Oh and they didn't try and sell me anything:)
The repair guy went above and beyond! – I have had many repair guys to my home over the years but the young man from Crawford Door was the nicest, most courteous, not to mention professional, I've ever met. He went way beyond what he was required to do for me. I will never hesitate to call Crawford Door again. The price was fair as well.
Great service – The man i talked to at the office was very knowledgeable and sent a repair man to my home. He was on time and repaired my door very promptly. The repair man was very nice and extremely courteous. It is nice to deal with a company who does what they say and was nice while they were doing it. i found there price to be very fair.
Friendly, but "dropped the ball". – I called this establishment and spoke with Allen, who was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable about my garage door problem. I scheduled an appointment to have it repaired, but Allen never showed up. I missed several hours of work as a result. I called and learned the Allen had called in sick, and no one else was coming to work on my door. They offered me no solution to the problem and were barely apologetic. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
