1. 'Bare minimum' quality dental work to say the least. 2. Scheduled an appointment, reconfirmed, then once I arrived at the office no one was there.. When someone finally arrived I was told that I still couldn't be seen that day. 3. I am no longer a patient of Dr. Crawford.
Horrible service! Let's start with how DEAD it was when I went in. I don't like an over scheduled office, but seriously it was so dead and yet I had to wait for over 1 1/2 hours to be seen. I went in for a full mouth xray for a new patient appointment and plus a toothache. 1st issue - mold in the ceiling vents. Disgusting. 2nd issue - they didn't want to do my full mouth xrays even though I asked on the phone to do this and in the chair. 3rd issue - I only got a bite wing done on my bottom right even though I wanted full xra... read more
Took my 8 and 9 year old daughters to see Dr. Crawford for the first time this week. The entire staff made them feel at ease and were wonderful! I highly reccommend using Them!
