Took over two months to assess damage and finalise their report back to insurance. Emailed with request of progress update with no reply until emailing again asking yet again, they then asked me to provide more paperwork for them. They have been unacceptably slow and would never ever recommend to anyone
After having one of their personel handle a valid claim that my insurance company got them to assess all I can say is that in the future I would refuse to have Crawfords process any claim of mine. His report was quite incredible! Pity one star is the minimum.
No service. Just plain unprofessional. It took ages to get claim assessed, then when settlement was queried we got handballed back to the insurer. Ended up communicating with their agents from all over Australia, NSW and WA. Had far more success in the end with Allianz who apologised for the poor outsourcing.
