I have three cats and have always taken them to Crawford because the staff is very friendly and helpful. They take the time to answer all of my questions.
Super friendly staff and reasonably priced. Very knowledgeable and happy to answer all questions.
Did not like the they handled our cat. He is a loveable boy and not a fighter, he wouldn't even bite anyone plus he love to sit and talk to you in his own way. There was no need to hold his neck.
I have been with Crawford Animal Hospital since 1997. Love Dr. Hoyer! With my first two basset hounds she was great till the end of their life! It was touching to get a hand written card both times as my pups passed over the rainbow bridge. I went back today, after 4 years without dogs, with two new basset hound pups. Again Dr. Hoyer was great helping me understand all involved with having dogs again. Felt great to be care for as a family with new pups! Thanks Crawford Animal Hospital.
Our dog needed a same day appointment- was able to get in quickly, and staff were helpful and clear in explaining the situation. Expensive tests, but I felt comfortable that all were in my dog's best interest.
Dr. Hoyer and the entire staff was excellent. Our 14 year old shepherd mix is pretty skittish, and the staff and Doctor handled her perfectly. Many thanks, Terri Earle
