This is one top notch business! I had a issue with an order and contacted them by email. I received an immediate response and the issue was fixed same day. I purchased the AntennaX to replace an antenna that was taken from our work van. It gets amazing AM and FM reception and it looks great.
It’s very rare these days to get EXCELLENT customer service. I did not receive the package that USPS confirmed delivering. I reached out to the company immediately after receiving their delivery confirmation and they responded favorably with no hesitation sending out a second package. Because the response quick and receptive I recommend doing business with Cravenspeed with no hesitation. Their tops in my book. Thanks so much.
