I really like the hummingbird cupcakes. I called the number and was told there were plenty available. When I got to the shop none there. I came a long way for nothing. The customer Service is horrible and the ppl behind the counter seem if they could care less. Stopped going to crave.
Everything is delicious here! Very good customer service as well.
I had a good experience at the Uptown location. Though the customer area was small, the staff was friendly and nice. I got six different cupcake flavors. The seasonal salted caramel cupcake was amazing! I really wish it was on the menu permanently. I live 40 minutes away but would definitely make the drive to go get Crave Cupcakes again.
In the 4 years living in Houston, I JUST convinced my better half we needed to try them! I'm sooo sad I've been missing out all these years!! Definitely will be back! Great size cupcakes & sooo good!
This is what I posted on Sunday evening on my FB page: Shout out to Crave Cupcakes in The Woodlands! I went to get some cupcakes to treat my family, and as I was getting in my car, the whole box flipped out of my hands, and fell to the ground. One of the cupcakes rolled under my car, and the others were smashed upside down. I couldn't believe it. I picked the contents and box up, and walked back inside.
