no show appointments with no answer on the phone or call backs. what kind of business is this? I join a session only to be ghosted. They already used my insurance so now its all being wasted.
Absolutely do not recommend in a million years unless you want your mental health to be worse. For 2 weeks in a row now, two sessions, I have logged into the portal ahead of my session and sat and stared at my phone waiting for My therapist Asha to log on to the session. My pop-up ads are allowed, and had no issue with the first session, and now all of a sudden second and third session I am being completely ghosted.
