Beware of the water glasses... when they shatter, it will be your fault and Crave will let you know it. – The food is okay but you can definitely find better, especially for the price, in the Twin Cities. The service was lousy both times I visited Crave. During my second trip to Crave, my friend's glass of water shattered on her the minute she picked up the glass. Jazz Friday nights – Finally, jazz in the west metro. We are musically deprived out here. I hope it continues or even expands.
Terrific! – This place is so great! I've gone here twice with my family and both times were fantastic. All the food we had - Pistachio Salmon, Dijon Pork, Asian Salad, Bre cheese+Onion pizza - was delicious. Make sure you try the purple mashed potatoes! However, if you're looking for sushi - Crave isn't the place. It's not bad, it's just nothing special. If you still want sushi, try getting a single roll as an appetizer. Craving the Coconut Cake! – I finally got around to dinner at this place and the food was absolutely fantastic! We had the duck confit pizza, asian salad, calamari and sushi paired w/wine and cocktails. To top everything off, the coconut cake suggested by our waitress was to die for. Fabulous service, energy & food!! Prices were very reasonable and portions were even large enough to take home which is very rare nowadays. Crave is definately on our list of favorites!
Upscale, Trendy & Excellent Service – Crave got it right the first time. A very stylish and cool atmosphere that is trendy enough to be located downtown Minneapolis. The menu is wonderful and complimented by some exceptional wines. The sushi offerings are top notch. Service is good. I've been there 5 or 6 times and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Knowledgeable servers and bartenders who are friendly. A place you can go for drinks after work or just to chill on a relaxing Sunday afternoon.
One ofthe best in TC – Well, i heard about this place from a friend at work. My gal and I were very impressed. Little expensive for me, but the food and service was fantastic.
