We are a unique gourmet burger restaurant in Lincoln, Nebraska, featuring Hollenbeck Farms all-natural beef. Our family has been raising cattle since 1901. Our free-range cows are not fed hormones, steroids, or antibiotics- truly all-natural from birth. We believe happy and healthy cattle give you the best burgers imaginable, and we are willing to bet the farm on it.
