There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit as far as I remember. Don't really care. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. They are not close to me, but have experts in caring for injured wild birds. I have a regular vet close to me I use for my dogs/cats, who started out working with this company. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They are well respected by their staff, I have a close friend who used to work there.
