They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. My pet seemed pretty anxious to leave compared to other places we've been too. It would have been better if this veterinarian had just tried a little harder to be more compassionate.
