Crater Animal Clinic is a full service veterinary hospital in the Medford area. We treat both large and small animals. Our hospital was founded in 1970 and was originally a large animal only practice. In 1976, Dr. Bob Addington started the dog and cat portion of the hospital and it has been growing in the Rogue Valley ever since. I took my cat Stella there to get fixed and to get all the necessary things done. Going there was the best choice I made for her since she’s never been to a vet before. Everyone there is so nice, helpful and so welling to answer all my questions! I wouldn’t take her anywhere else! Im very happy with it.

Crater you guys are the Best !!! My two Anatolians male and female had such a smooth transition during their chip insertion, vaccines, neuter, spayed surgery. I was so nervous because they are livestock ( LSG ) Dogs. We have to for safety come in with the muzzles on and the whole nine yards. I bring all my dogs into this clinic. The receptionists are great and friendly. Easy on line emailing back and forth. I get my puppies health certificates here and they even do out of country certs. Prices are high, but most vets are. As a breeder it is very difficult with the new laws to get all of my animals treated at once with a pint jar of worm meds instead of treating each dog at a time. Thank you thank you. Dr Madigan fixed my daughters 4H pig's hernia. We came and picked Gup up and she was awake and ready. Joey the tech helped us load her and made sure we didnt have any questions. Thank you. Youve helped make my daughters senior year that much better.
I couldn't get my dog into the regular vet after his legs gave over the weekend. Crater Animal Clinic not only got us in today, but helped get a large immobile dog out of the truck. The employees went out of their way to help us. They were so compassionate and understanding. They gave my dog so much love in his last hour. I will never forget. Thank you so much for making a difficult day just a little bit easier.

I love this clinic! They take great care of my dogs, cats, goats and ponies! And when I have had an emergency they respond very quickly. They provide top notch equine care and small animal care.
