Customer service was awesome
We’ve been shopping at the Crate & Barrel Outlet for a while, and most of our favorite furniture pieces are from here. We found a great deal on a sofa over Labor Day weekend. One item in the set didn’t match, but Charlie went above and beyond to help us get the correct piece and sort everything out. We love our new sofa! Thank you, Charlie, for taking such good care of us.
Great for dish-ware!! For furniture, I would follow their instagram as Charlie is very good at updating postings on their new inventory and showcasing their new and available items.
Wasn't too impressed with their furniture items but really liked their kitchen items! Even their discounts on the furniture still seemed like the cost was too high. Service was good and everyone was nice. Overall clean and orderly.
