I have spent a lot of money at C&B over the years and am very disappointed with the service for my most recent order. I understand that due to the current situation latitude needs to be given, however, if you cannot offer a basic level of service you should not be selling items online. I could not be more disappointed by the terrible customer service I received when purchasing a "custom" sectional sofa from Crate & Barrel. I am stuck with a sectional sofa that the whole family doesn't like and I wanted forever for. I tried to switch my order (while the product was still on backorder and not even available yet) after the 3 day mark and they refused to help me. Sofa snuggles during this crazy shelter in place chaos would be amazing if we could actually enjoy the sofa we wanted. SO BUMMED
