C&B shipped the wrong glasses to us. Ultimately we were successful returning them, but only after we were 1) told we would need to take it up with C&B Corporate because it was a warehouse shipping mistake, then 2) accused of putting items in the wrong box (even after the clerk herself unpacked what we received in the box). The defensive, accusatory interaction (Brenna) was quite a surprise. The second manager we meet with took care of it, but sheesh. It’s no wonder retail is losing ground.

TERRIBLE FOLLOW UP SERVICE!!! Buyer beware- we purchased a custom sofa set back in August 2017. When our order finally arrived in December, it was DAMAGED!!! After numerous emails and phone calls, they finally sent us a replacement set May 13!!! HOWEVER, the new ottoman came in DAMAGED!! We have written emails and and called. We were promised someone would get back to us. It is now over a month later and STILL NOTHING!!! Ridiculous!!!
