Returning items from our wedding registry, process was super smooth and fast (just needed to have the registry ID and items with a scanable barcode).
They wouldn’t allow my daughter to return a $285 gift I got her…..and it was in resaleable condition and they didn’t even look at it!!! No more gift-buying there! They said they don’t take back appliances, but that is NOT what their printed policy says!!!!

We purchased Dover collection dinnerware back in July 2024 place setting of 10? plus bowls, soup bowls, etc. We spent a lot of money. All the plates as you can see is etched because use of a butter knife. Which should not be normal. Crate & Barrel suggested to use Bar Keepers Friend. This did nothing. To begin with you should not have to do this. Crate & Barrel employee suggested I call customer service. That was a waste of time. They said that’s normal they will do that.
