I regret to say that my experience with picking up an online order was not as positive as the other reviews suggested. Instead of opting for curbside pick-up, I entered the store. The associate at the counter near the parking lot door made me feel unwelcome and inferior. She incorrectly informed me that online orders couldn't be picked up until noon and that my item was likely unavailable due to being out of stock. This store is huge and fabulous. Two levels of beautiful things for your home. I purchased the Barrett sofa one month ago and opened a credit card to get credits towards merchandise. The sofa really brightened my room. It is a bit firm, not a slouchy couch but that worked for me. I also love their decor and housewares be it pillows or martini glasses.
