Horrible hotel, very loud, no heating in winter and no parking . I will never stay there again.
Worst hotel experience I ever had. I booked for 1 room and they doubled charged me and said I had done a reservation for 2 separate rooms even though they couldn’t locate the second reservation. The doors for the room wouldn’t open so we had to keep asking the hotel staff to open it for us. When we checked in there was no available towels so we couldn’t shower for NYE and on top of all that the rooms were filthy. The bathtubs were absolutely disgusting with stains.
