The central location is great and it’s so easy to visit all of the cool stops in town from Crash and great hiking is easily accessible too. I like that the rooms are quirky in how they’r decorated and also comfortable. The check-in/out is easy and low-stress and the staff have always been super friendly when we stay!
Very Disappointing Stay at Crash Hotel in Squamish Our experience at Crash Hotel in Squamish was extremely disappointing and fell well below reasonable expectations. First, the cleanliness of the room and hall was unbelievable. The floors were extremely dirty, the kettle was disgusting (see photo), raising serious concerns about the hotel's housekeeping standards. Had some trouble with the digital key getting into the hotel & room but it was quickly resolved by a staff member over the phone who ended up coming to see us and provide a physical key for the room.

We received an email with subject line "Welcome Booklet" just hours before our drive up from Vancouver and check-in time of 15:00. Beware! Noise is uninhabitable Booking the Crash Hotel via Expedia shows very limited information about the rooms and full disclousure about the noise is non existent, just like the hotel staff and hotel parking.
