Excellent service. Starting from Karen, she is compassionate about her work and customers. I received text messages throughout the week on updates on my car repair. She even called for more updates and ask me if I had questions. She was so nice to call Enterprise to pick me up. Her customer service is top tier! John and his staff did an amazing job on the repair ( busted tail light and white scratches on the left side of the car). The repair was done so well that doesn't look like i had an accident at all. I must say that this was NOT going to be a 5-star rating. However, the Manager (Grant) made things right and won me over! More companies need more Managers like him. I was notified that my car was ready on Saturday (8/22/26). I get there and the repair is clearly not done correctly. This should have been caught by the service advisor before delivery. When I spoke to Grant on Monday, he was very apologetic and took care of my additional rental car days and ensured my car was perfect! Great job, Grant and thank you for turning... read more

I have never felt so at home the young man Sammy so patient so kind. They did an absolute wonderful job on my 2011 Chevy Tahoe. Also keeping me updated on each and every transaction. I definitely would have given them 10 stars but they only have five great job can’t even tell that I was in an accident.
WARNING, SCAM!!! READ THE PAPERWORK CAREFULLY, THEY WILL HOLD YOUR CAR HOSTAGE. Took a week for them to fix the back window of my car,and the paperwork that no one explained to me states, if you wish to take your car back from them before the repairs, you'll have to pay $500+ for them to REASSEMBLE YOUR VEHICLE! My question is why disassemble a car for a simple window. I WAS quoted 1 price and came to pay another $150 extra that could've very easily been told to me the day before when they told me it was done. DONT USE THEM!... read more
