0 Star : My Experience Terrible service, waited almost 2 months for repairs, promises that weren’t fulfilled. No communication and when it was time to pay no checks accepted even though they should not have got a penny!! Terrible would not recommend to anyone. Also, Nicole Bikle is the owner of the Dodge not John Culver.

0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Not good work 2 Star : Repair Quality Crash Champions ordered a mirror that was not an OEM part, the trim piece on the outside of my door was stuck on with some sticky double sided tape, it sticks out and is not flush, the trim is a flat black plastic that did not match the other side.
