4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality 3.5 Star : Customer Service In-person/phone interactions were great, I'm indicating 7 here as there was confusion at multiple points. Specifically I was told through my insurance to drop my car off on 5/26, and then at CC told my dropoff was 5/30. Similarly, minor mixup with regular deductible vs Uninsured motorist. These weren't significant issues, but areas to improve! 5 Star : Returned Clean

0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I would recommend if the repair is rectified. 0.5 Star : Repair Quality I can clearly see where the damage was that was repaired. It's not completely smooth and you can see it in all light levels, and the paint in this area does not look correct. Also one of the body trim installed on the door is not flush against the door, it protrudes out from the body a bit. I would like these issues rectified. Thanks 2.5 Star : Customer Service 4.5 Star : Returned Clean
