2 Star : Likely to Recommend Quality control is lacking. I paid out of pocket and am disappointed. 2.5 Star : Repair Quality Color match is off and a sensor in the repaired bumper is chipped. I have no issue paying additional to fix the chipped sensor , but why would I pay out of pocket to have a new bumper put on only to have a paint chipped sensor on it? I would have expected an ask.
