Very nice office but the women I encountered in that office are very rude stuck up acting and very unprofessional. They weren't at the front desk they were in the box sitting at their desk behind the back of the shop.
I gave them my keys and fob they misplaced my key fob when they transferred my car to the other shop. I've called and asked they told me they would get back with me but they haven't now I have to pay $175 to replace the key fob and key. They are not good about returning your phone calls they may tell you they will but they never have returned my call after they called the first time. To me they are not a very professional company if they can't return phone calls or at least replace what they lost.
