Terrible, horrible, head-aching service, had my vehicle for over a month and did not even fix it properly. I paid my deductible in full, drove my vehicle around, and tried to blame clicking noise from before my accident, but the noise was never there before my accident! Returned my vehicle to get checked again and said they would have to charge again to fix a problem they didn’t fix the first time, and had my vehicle for a few extra weeks!! I got rear ended pretty badly in LA and the other person’s insurance took fault. I trusted Crash Champions as an Allstate-certified repair shop with my truck and holy moly am I so pleased. It looks better than before! My bumper, tailgate, and both fenders were scratched and dented from the accident and it’s ALL spotless. I’m seriously, seriously impressed. Great team, and they got it done almost an entire week before the estimated completion date.
When I got there that morning. The check on service, my car, everybody was really helpful. I was really happy with the service. They did to repair no problems at all. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I will come again. If need it in the future, thanks Tony.
