I had a less than pleased interaction with Randy from Crash champions in Mundelein. My windshield on my vehicle wasn’t replaced like I had asked when I brought the vehicle in for service. I had asked Randy at the front desk why this was the case, Randy had told me that the windshield was denied from my insurance company to he replaced. Shoddy workmanship. Had to be left for additional days to make right on the work that was done badly initially. (Uneven paint on new fenders, orange peel look paint on hood edges, overspray on windows, mottled paint in one area, sharp paint globs inside gas door, primer showing around Ford emblem. I would recommend literally ANY OTHER collision repair shop. My husband and I chose Crash Champions because it was a State Farm Selected Service shop. Our Jeep was in an accident on 6/30. It took Crash Champions over a week to get the estimate to us (granted the holiday weekend). That was only the beginning of my frustration with them. We were given an estimated completion date of 7/31, but told by the repair shop that it likely would be sooner; they just like to overestimate time, which I appreciated. Communication and work done we're both fantastic!
Very friendly, professional staff from the front desk on back. They handled everything with the insurance and the rental car, and my car was ready early and looked like new.
