Absolutely terrible. First, they ordered the wrong part. Then, they did not order the correct part until I called them twice to inquire on the status, and their desk left me a voicemail that she had "totally dropped the ball" and "just forgot to re-order" the part. When they finally installed the part, the techs messed up the controls in my driver's side door so the locks do not function properly and I cannot lower the passenger side mirror.

Absolutely wonderful! Initially they said 7 to 10 days and I dropped the car off and called the next day and the day after that my car was done! A+ all around great customer service! I would use them again!
