Crash Champions was overall a disappointing experience. I went there at the end of January/early February to get an estimate and have my car repaired. Throughout the entire month of February, I was repeatedly told that the part I needed *might* be on backorder, yet no one could ever give me a clear or consistent answer about whether it actually was or how long it would take to arrive.
