I’ve been a patient of Dr. Cosmo since 2014 and had to undergo jaw surgery in January... he was there every step of the way! I just got my braces off in June and I absolutely love my new bite and smile!! Office is very accommodating with scheduling and braces “emergencies.” Staff treats myself and my two year old daughter like family!! Danielle is amazing and my daughter always looks forward to seeing her!
I was referred by a friend, and cannot be more greatful. The office is impeccably clean and the staff if so nice. The prices are reasonable, and they are very accommodating. I would absolutely recommend them! Thank you fpr making my daughter so comfortable!

Everything went ok( a piece was defective upon putting the appliance on, but not their fault) up until the point when the braces could come off. They didn’t have any available appointments to take them off until the end of the Summer and we made the appointment in May. Seems maybe they don’t have enough availability to support all their patients’ needs. I have friends at other practices that haven’t run into appointment issues when removing the braces. I went to see Dr. Cosmo for adult braces. Dr. Cosmo and his staff did an amazing job on my teeth and the process went very smoothly. Cranston Orthodontics is very cost friendly and they will work with you to ensure you can get the orthodontic care you need. Dr. Cosmo uses advanced technology, some of which he designed and created himself. I would recommend him to anyone! He knows what he is doing and it really shows!
