A little over a year ago, one of the bands on my bottom braces fell off. My appointment to get the bottom braces off was maybe a week after the band fell off. I decided to just wait until that appointment in order to avoid an extra appointment that would of course cost me money. During that week, my bottom teeth shifted a good amount. I had the braces on for around 9 months at this point.
