I was very nervous to get braces as an adult but I went ahead with it anyways because I hated my smile. I ended up with metal braces for 2 years. It went by so fast and my experience was AMAZING! The staff is awesome and Dr. Cosmo is the best! I cannot praise them enough! I went from hating the way my teeth looked to absolutely loving my smile!! I get compliments all the time now on how beautiful my teeth are. It is all thanks to Cranston Orthodontics and Dr. Cosmo. THANK YOU for giving me my smile back!
Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful!! Stephanie was always a pleasure at the front desk!! All of my children have gotten their braces here, most recently my daughter stepped out happy with a beautiful smile!! Thanks everyone!
Had an emergency situation during the weekend and our orthodontist was no where to be found even after paging them multiple times but Cranston Orthodontics came to the rescue and saved the day !!! Even though my daughter was not a patient of theirs. They were so extremely kind and came in on a Saturday morning at 9:30 to take care of my daughter for no charge. I cannot say enough great things about this place.!!! Thank you so very much!!!! ♥️♥️♥️
Everyone is very helpful and the experience has being great
