Last week I called and spoke with Tiffany to set up mu appointment. She was very friendly and helpful with answering all my questions. Today was my appointment and I was so excited. We just moved in our house about 4 months ago. I have two dogs and two brothers who run around daily as well as I dog sit every now and again. We honestly weren't too concerned until one of my dogs keeps marking in the house and the spots were getting darker and getting worse. I would definitely recommend Cranmore Carpet Cleaning. From the moment I called, they were friendly and focused on meeting my needs in carpet cleaning. Within a week of calling them, they were out giving us an estimate, and delivered a thorough carpet cleaning job. So impressed on how Jose communicated with us, and how detailed he was in cleaning our carpets. Very professional with excellent customer service.
They did a great job. I called and they gave me a quote over the phone and also in a email. They even got 5 yr old putty off my daughters carpet. They even had special equipment to keep the hoses from bumping the walls in the Staircase. Our carpet looked new!!!
