Cranmore did an excellent job on 2 homes, as we moved. There was horrible pet odor in the house we bought. They treated and cleaned first. A few days later, there was still pet odor in one of the rooms. They offered to do an ozone treatment and we had them patch a section of carpet/padding/tack strips that was badly soiled. The smell is now gone, and you can't even tell where the patch is! Great customer service, great price and excellent service. I highly recommend Cranmore.

This business is absolutely second to none! They gave me a quote and after I kept changing the work they were happy to go back to the original quote. I am retired Army and they treated me with respect every step of the way. The pet treatment was an added plus! If you want your carpets professionally cleaned by a great staff then go nowhere else but Cranmore! Thanks again guys! P.S. You need to expand the business to Colorado so if or when I need you again you can be there!
