Doug Rowe is a fast talking snake in the grass. Do not send this man a check, you will be waiting a long time for parts, that's if you get them at all. He cashed our check May 1, 2013, Doug stated 3 weeks ago parts were shipped. To this day, July 1, 2013, still no parts. Do your research on the Internet if you are thinking about doing business with this crook! Shame on you Doug!!
DO NOT do business with Doug Rowe. He is a ripoff. Talks fast and delivers bad cranks. I sent a crank to him to fix the #4 main journal. He said no problem to get it fixed like new. The crank came back with cracks in the journal where he welded it and it was out .004. I sent it back to him to fix it and he returned it the same. Won't return my calls. Check the web. Unfortunately I didn't do that before I sent him money. Beware!
