Tried to call to ask about some of thier machining practices on crankshafts, the front desk hung up twice on me, and then the owner as well. Wouldn't trust my rotating assembly with such neanderthals.

No help at all. They can't even tell you where to go to get a crankshaft balanced at. I guess a clever name can make you millions
I have to agree with Ellison's. They treated us horrible. Very disrespectful on the phone. They never gave us our money back on thousands of dollars worth of cores and they never replaced our damaged or mispackaged bearings or defective cranks.
