Crank & Boom Craft Ice Cream started in the back of our family restaurant, Thai Orchid Cafe, with one flavor: Coconut. After making ice cream for about 6 months as a simple dessert option, we noticed some customers were coming in to just buy the ice cream….and they didn’t order any Thai food. From there, we began serving our super premium ice cream at festivals, weddings, parties and schools. Took home a couple containers after a tour of the Buffalo trace distillery. I’m not a sweets person and I never eat ice cream, but the flavors sounded interesting. Probably the best ice cream I’ve ever had! Hope we can make it back to Kentucky again sooner than later! Will definitely stop in for more.
This is the best ice cream in town!!! I had Oreo and it was the best ever!!!!!!!! Highly recommend this place
Love Crank & Boom on Manchester. Had the Bourbon Ball Sundae and it as delicious. Husband had a Salted Caramel with brownie Sundae and said it was great! Fun location with great ice cream!!!

Fun spot to visit. I had the raspberry lime cheesecake ice cream in a waffle cone. It was yummy! My done enjoyed he photo booth upstairs in the vault room. �
