I visited John because of back pain last month. This was my first time having Craniosacral therapy, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but John was great at explaining and discussing the work so I could follow what was going on. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, and I felt at ease with John, who was very open, intuitive and understanding. The changes are subtle but definitely present, and although I live far away I plan to return when I am next in the area. Recommend.
