My son had a very flat head and we were told by his pediatrician to try the helmet . We went through Cranial Technologies and I can honestly say the helmet helped his head so much. You will see before photos of your babies head or like me the photos helped but I made the judgment with his pediatrician based on what it looked like… so flat. :( We had Cigna who denied helping us cover the helmet . My baby boy come to this office and they were always so friendly and helpful. We had a good experience.
I’m so mad right now. I asked for report with numbers today from helmet company. Turns out, Michaela lied to us. In appointment she said he has moderate to severe condition but report actually shows its mild to moderate. On top of that the scale they use is skewed in their favor so it looks worse than it actually is and convinces you to get helmet.
