So frustrated with this whole experience. Felt like we got started early at 4.5 months old, but they wasted a month checking with insurance, just to have us pay the full amount anyway. The helmet helped somewhat, but they graduated us too early, estimating way different numbers than actual. Not happy with the results. You get the report a week+ later at home, and there's no follow up, no opportunity for questions, or to provide feedback. You're just on your own. The staff is so kind and helpful. They explained the procedure and everything that was happening with ease. The office is kid friendly and it has large enough space for families to have private encounters with staff and imaging. There's even a cute little grad photo area. Videos to explain care for the helmet and toys to help the babies entertained while waiting. Normal wait times, everything that's elected is explained in advance. Wonderful place.
