They (billing department) lied that the treatment was covered by insurance and then later our insurance company sent us a bill of 4000$. How can their billing department not know this information. Our insurance company also told us that normally these companies charge 2000$ for treatment but cranial technology decided to charge 5000$. Melody and Nicole were such a joy to work with at Cranial Technologies in Bellevue! My daughter had an amazing transformation with her helmet rounding out her head in 4 months. The most friendly staff with great communication, availability, and cleanliness in the office. Would highly recommend to anyone addressing plagiocephaly for their babies!
My son had a moderate flat head since he was about 2 months old. Over the course of a couple of months Melody and Nicole were really pleasant to work with! Melody was informative about the next steps used to correct my son’s head shape. And when it came time for his helmet (when he was about 5mons old) Well- my son definitely had no complaints 🤣 Tbh, Melody and Nicole made everything seamless and easy during appt processing. All this to say we’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend!
We absolutely adore the staff here. We are always greeted with such kindness from Nicole and Melody is so thoughtful, thorough and informative. My son loved coming here and we have seen such positive growth.
