Cranial Technologies took a uncomfortable medical situation and made it very positive. Financially they worked with me, and they did not pressure my husband and I. My daughter was cutting her 1st tooth at the same time, as well as being sleep trained. I was scared to death to add another transition into her life- but children are resilient. She was not even remotely bothered by the doc band. She wore it the 23 + hours a day- and it really was a seamless experience. Every single member of the Cranial Technology's staff is SO kindhearted, and caring! They always make us feel very welcome and are super great with the babies, and have ample patience when it comes to scans, and check-ups! We drive over an hour to get to our weekly appointments and I don't mind doing so because they make us feel SO welcomed. We are so thankful for Cranial Tech, and their staff for helping us correct our daughter's plagiocephaly!
