Be careful!!! we are very disappointed. unprofessional and disrespectful service. don't pay a full amount up front! After 4 weeks wearing of this helmet one ear is sticked to the head and the other is not. one looks different than other. so this helmet is correcting my baby's head but changing my baby's ears!!!! the technician told me that it was not their problem and I can find the service to correct ears now!!!!! picture nr 3 before service and picture nr 4 one month later!!!! ☹️

Great people!!! Ginny and Abby are awesome clinicians.
We were initially very nervous about getting the helmet for our 4 months old son, but these folks did a great job of walking us through the process, step-by-step. We followed the program to the letter and were rewarded with a very round headed boy after just 6 weeks! Special thanks to Ginny, Abby and the lovely ladies at the front desk for always greeting Matthew with kindness and a smile!
I had a great experience. My 4 1/2 month old didn’t mind the headband one bit. He graduated right after turning 6 months. I love everyone in the office! My son’s skin is sensitivite so we went to bathing him twice a week to everyday, when his eczema flared up we started to shampooing his just head everyday and bathing once a week. The band does get really stinky even after just 24 hours, and our appointments were every week. But it was so worth it my son’s head has changed so much.
