Dr. Jack was great. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable with the helmet. The staff were friendly, professional. I never had to wait I was always in and out of the office in no time. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated the attentive care I received.
We had an excellent experience at the Cranial Center. From the start, Jack made us feel at ease, despite this being a potentially stressful process for new parents. Jack was patient, kind, and thorough in explaining every step, and always making sure we understood and felt comfortable. The helmets they use are high quality and allow for as much ventilation as possible, which made us feel even better about the process. We highly recommend the Cranial Center & Jack specifically for outstanding care and expertise!
My son had a mild case of flatness on one side and Jack got us the right helmet and my son only had to have it on for a month and 2 weeks and he made FULL improvement! Amazing experience would recommend the facility and Jack. Thank you so much Jack!!!
Cannot recommend Cranial Center of Hazlet enough! After poor experiences with other providers, we decided to schedule a consultation with Jack and left our previous provider right away. The last 4 months of our 10 month helmet journey were as pleasant as can be expected. Jack was kind and supportive through the process, gave his personal number in case any issues arose on holidays or weekends etc. Other providers would take days to get a call back and a week to get an appointment. We had a great experience working with Jack! We were reluctant about the whole helmet situation but he educated us and was sensitive the entire time. He was not trying to sell us anything, he simply explained the pros and cons and left it completely up to us without playing on our fears or anxiety. Jack even was so kind as to give us his personal cell number so we could reach out any time with questions or concerns.
