We had a great experience with jack at cranial center of hazlet. He was very patient and kind and explained everything very well. Today my son graduated with a perfectly round head thanks to jack!
We have been going to Cranial Center of Hazlet for a few months with my son. Every time we go, we are so pleased with the friendliness of the staff, especially John. He walked us through every step of my sons helmet, what to expect, and what our goals were. He was available via text whenever we had a question regarding care of the helmet. Our experience was wonderful at the Cranial Center. Jack answered all of our questions and eased our minds about the process of wearing a helmet. We were able to text him with any and every question. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful when scheduling appointments. I would recommend Cranial Center to anyone in need or anyone who was unsure if their child needs a helmet.
