Came to stay here during a difficult time while my husband was receiving medical care. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate his health needs. They are keeping the art of hospitality alive and clearly love where they work. The place itself is adorable, well kept and a great place to relax. Highly recommend!
I moved from Florida in 2023 and come back to visit those I miss often. I picked this hotel because of price (which was fairly low for the area) but when I got here I was in aww of how amazing and beautiful it is. I feel like I am living a life of luxury but at home. The vibes are very key west and that to me feels like home. The rooms are immaculate, clean and amazingly beautiful. Hidden gem. I don't want to review it just so I can enjoy the resort without the crowds. Service was great. Room is great. The setting is amazing
We stayed in the One Bedroom Suite at Crane’s Beach House and it was outstanding. The suite is spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with a separate living area and a cozy bedroom. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The tropical gardens and pools create a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and great restaurants.
