We have had a great experience so far with Williams Homes. The buying process was very smooth with them keeping us up to date on when things are being completed. We had an issue with our fire alarm the first week (why is it always the middle of the night?) and they have a 24/7 number that we called. I have never had a builder give 24/7 assistance before. They were also great to work with for the design of our home. Many things that other builders consider upgrades are included in their homes.
Really bad customer service!
