Crane did a good job at my house for the first few months, but it’s been poor service since then. I had a rat problem and the service reports simply said that the traps were re-baited. So, I set my own traps, and killed two in one week. I texted because gofers had invaded and asked for someone to come out. Took more than a week after picking up glue traps and identifying infestation as fast multiplying german roaches to call / text to setup an appointment for treatment. By that time, I found another vendor and got the job done :(
We've been trying to get a hold of someone to reinspect a room that they treated at our hotel. Our original schedule was for 10/16/23 - no body showed up. Our maintenance team and housekeeping team has called the 3333 and 1244 number but has gotten no traction on when this reinspection will take place.
