It's been hell so far. The complex I live in switched to them last month. We got a whole 14 days notice. I've been trying to reach them to set up my portal, so I can pay my rent. They never answer, no wonder they don't post their business hours. Also, another reviewer said that they're fast with repair. I'd say 7 days and counting is not fast for repairs. Update: Apart from the rough start, they have been great thus far. They answer and tend to any problems/issues promptly.
It's a long review so bear with me. I won't tell you what to think of them. Maybe you'll have a different experience. I called to ask 2 questions about a property they posted. The first woman who answered was nice but the lady she transferred me to had a slight attitude tone in her voice. Should definitely try to be more friendly with potential clients in the future. She made me feel very uncomfortable like my 2 measly questions were bothering her.
