Piss poor Customer service. Called them at noon told me they would have somebody contact me by 2 o’clock – 230 never called, had to call them back at 3 o’clock kept telling me they were going to call me back never did I called them three other times, kept saying they could not get a hold of the tack. These people absolutely sucked. I would not use them to clean my dog.

Had an emergency plumbing situation this afternoon and had the first company I called say the couldn’t arrive until tomorrow. The second company didn’t call me back for an hour, meanwhile I called these guys and they immediately returned my call and arrived within 30 minutes. Joe was able to help me out in just a hour or two and stop all my waste water from backing up into my basement toilet. Quick, did good work, reasonable priced, what else do ya need!?
I just had Joe at the house to fix a plumbing issue that has been plaguing us since we purchased the home a couple months ago. I cannot say how much of a relief it was that Joe not only fixed it, but educated me on our unique plumbing setup and offered recommendations on how to improve it in the future. He was extremely polite and understanding, and I look forward to him coming back in the spring to make the suggested improvements!

We had a guest over to our apartment and they flushed a Lysol automatic toilet bowl cleaner down the toilet.. the clip that attached to the side of the toilet was stuck and we were without a toilet. Our landlord was in Michigan. We had this company come in for an emergency call! It ended up being only $185 for it and it was extremely reasonable. The man was named Joe!
