Job left incomplete could not clear clog supposed to come back at 9am July 1 with a pump truck and a Jetter never showed waited all day called office person sounded like they were 😴 sleeping Also tuna canned open main drain cap and left it busted on the floor

Sure they came very fast, but the man was incredibly rude the entire time, I have never witnessed that level of unprofessionalism from a "professional" in my life.
crane out and sold himself like a champ! sent a kid to do the repairs, told me all set i paid the man and less than a week later i'm out 1200.00 bucks and the septic is just as bad as it started.. he told me monday he would come back and use the money allready paid twards new repairs. never heard from him again. buyer/customer beware..

I can only speak for the dumpster rental part of this business. I had to pay for two tons up front when I scheduled to rent the dumpster and if I went over there was an extra charge (I think it was about $80 a ton) BUT if you were under you didn't get a refund. I called about a week after they picked up the dumpster to see what my weight was, out of curiosity, and it was less than one and a quarter ton. So they DEFINITELY made money off me. Called them a little before 9am. There were here before 10am and the problem was fixed by noon. Very nice and professional. Definitely recommend!
