STAY AWAY This place is a hot mess. Every time they're sold/switched to a different property management company, the quality of the place has gone down. We've people break in who have assaulted security staff (with a weapon), a resident who had their apt broken into and stuff stolen, and things are constantly breaking down. We don't even have 24/7 security. They're supposed to have 24/7 service for residents who get locked out but there have been at least two instances where a resident was locked out, one over night. Loved my time here. Staff is amazing and very helpful with questions. The unit I was in was wonderful. The place is almost soundproof. They even have events for residents to meet. Daily cleaning schedule is all thanks to the team. I can't wait to move back in once I finish my degree.
The staff here have been absolutely amazing and this is the best place I've ever lived in. Shoutout to Fran, Nancy, and Joanne for making the Crane my home for the past 3 years
