Phenomenal work. Wander and his crew did a huge lead-abatement project on our 100 year old home. The exterior work was complicated (with architectural detail work we didn't want to lose) but they knocked it out in a couple of weeks and it looks exactly as it would have looked when the house was built. Anything they weren't happy with, they redid without us even having to ask. They worked on weekends too, which in our experience, was unheard of. Highly recommend them. They deleaded the property for me and fixed a few things. Quality work; the team did the job quickly. I was very happy.
Wander was very easy to work with and did a great job. He deleaded my house which included installing 24 new windows, taking the old screen windows off , patching and painting. He ended up painting all the trim work around the windows on the inside which was not part of the estimate. He also wasn't satisfied with the paint match for the outside of the house and did an entire coat outside. Again...not part of our original agreement.
